Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

The terms of your Hum equipment purchase depend on the policies of the retailer from which you purchased your equipment. If you purchased Hum through hum.com please call Hum Customer Service at (800) 711-5800. If you purchased Hum through Verizon Wireless, call Verizon Customer Service at (800) 922-0204. For all other retailers, please refer to their shipping policies.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift receipts?

Sorry, we don't offer gift wrapping for Hum Systems purchased through hum.com. If you purchased your Hum System from Verizon Wireless or another participating retailer, please refer to their gift-wrapping policies.

What are the shipping costs?

Good news! If you purchased your Hum System from hum.com, shipping is included in the activation fee. There are no additional shipping costs. If you purchased your Hum System from Verizon Wireless or another participating retailer, please refer to their respective shipping policies.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you purchased your Hum System from hum.com, try clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you still need assistance, you can contact Hum Customer Service at (800) 711-5800.

For orders from Verizon Wireless, please refer to your order confirmation or contact Verizon Customer Service at (800) 922-0204.

If you purchased Hum from another participating retailer, please refer to your order confirmations or contact their customer service.

What is the return policy?

If you purchased your Hum System from hum.com, a Verizon Wireless retail location or verizonwireless.com, you can return Hum at any time within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. If you choose to return Hum after the 14-day return period, you may be subject to an Early Termination Fee (ETF). Returns to Verizon Wireless are subject to a restocking fee. When will my order ship and how long does shipping take?

Orders placed from hum.com should be delivered in 3–4 business days. All orders from hum.com are for U.S. delivery only. (Customers in Hawaii can expect delivery to take a little longer.)
